They don’t return phone calls, answer email, and change the price of a vehicle at the last minute. Given every opportunity to respect the sales process and address customer concerns, their attitude was to humiliate and berate the customer. If I could give them zero stars I would. Curtis in sales, Stacie in finance, and Gavin the GM are very unprofessional and unresponsive. From top to bottom a crooked dealership. If you value your time don’t come anywhere near this place.
