This policy excluded my older Volvo’s and my desire to purchase from them. Before I signed up for my first Lease with Jaffarin their Service department welcomed my older Vehicles no questions asked. This was our first buying-experience with Jaffarian Volvo and, overall, it was a very pleasant one. My wife spoke with Louis on the phone and he assured her that we would be glad we gave your dealership a c and, overall, it was a very pleasant one. We decided to make the nearly-hour long trip from our home to the dealership and found the staff to be pleasant and accommodating. Louis was busy with another customer when we got there but Carl Rogers stepped right in and made sure our time was not wasted. He began the process of answering our questions and, when Lou broke free, Carl turned us over to Lou absolutely seamlessly. Lou took us through the rest of the leasing process. It was late and Lou was going on vacation the next day, however, so, when it came time to pick up the car, Jason Coffill stepped in and did a great job of answering our vehicle-specific questions and getting us out the door. We had one small misunderstanding with respect to whether the vehicle came equipped with a trailer hitch and your sales manager, Sarkis Shamshoyan, came right over, listened to my side of the story and went right to work addressing my issue.
