When I made the appointment, I was told I would have to wait for the car. When at the appointment I was told I needed a loaner as it was going to be 3 -4 hours. They don’t give out loaner vehicle after we purchased a brand new Range Rover special order because they are saving the vehicles at the dealership from depreciating.
