Mike Mashburn’s service and followup was superior, which we rate as a 10 / 10. However, we were less satisfied with the upfront process whereby I had indicated what service I would like done when I called we rate as a 10 / 10. Unfortunately, when my wife arrived, they had no record of my initial service requests. Not a huge issue, but my wife less familiar with the LR car maintenance, and so she kind of improvised with guidance from LR technician. Consequently, we rated Mike Mashburn’s post drop-off service as a 10/10, but overall service as 9/10. Thank you, JD More
