There was a bit of a confusion on the warranty that was sold to me by this very dealership. They said the car would be ready in about 90 mins or so but it ended up being more than 2 hours. I could not get sold to me by this very dealership. They said the car would be ready in about 90 mins or so but it ended up being more than 2 hours. I could not get a loaner car. I had a couple other questions but did not really get a proper response. I had come here for an issue with the batter before this and the service at that time was really good. The guy knew what my warranty was and got me a loaner carriage away. More

Sales process was fine, reaching a deal took a while but was professional and cordial. However virtually all aspects of delivery experience was flawed. We had a 9am Saturday delivery (arranged on Thursday). was professional and cordial. However virtually all aspects of delivery experience was flawed. We had a 9am Saturday delivery (arranged on Thursday). Two other cars in delivery bays no new owners present. Our car pulled up at 9:47 and they planned outside delivery. I said NO put it in a bay. We were to have all weather floor mats which were in the car on test drive but not on delivery. Wheels had noticeable break dust and we were given wrong information about process to have wheels painted. To his credit Mike A was VERY apologetic and tried to make things right but these are experience errors that should not take place on high end vehicles. So while the sale was fine the delivery experience left a bad taste in our mouths More

Stunned to see sales floor personnel clustered in groups or with customers, no masks or distancing. Even families with kids huddled around little desks. Got out If there fast!
