There was a bit of a confusion on the warranty that was sold to me by this very dealership. They said the car would be ready in about 90 mins or so but it ended up being more than 2 hours. I could not get More

Wow. You get a poor, yet inciteful (and concerning) review from a first-time Land Rover customer, and you respond nearly THREE YEARS later? Why did you bother?! To remind me that the customer apathy I experienced in 2020 is alive and well three years later? The car I leased for three years after I turned in my Land Rover is set to expire in two months. It took a whole three-year lease to come and go before responding to my complaint. It's so ironic it's almost comical.
