After botching an oil change the dealership made no attempt to rectify their error. This forced me to take time off of work and take a taxi. David Kaminski in sales is the best in the biz! He offers extensive product knowledge inside and out of the car but most importantly he is honest and absolutely displays no pressure into buying a car the second you walk in. He is the best. The whole process was simple. David had everything prepared before I arrived...I literally sat down, chatted a minute, signed and left. Painless and great experience. I took my car in on a Monday for a Service Required light. They gave me a loaner. They kept the car overnight. I picked it up the next day. A few days later, the Service Required light came on again. A light. They gave me a loaner. They kept the car overnight. I picked it up the next day. A few days later, the Service Required light came on again. A couple of days later, the Check Engine light came on! They picked up my car, kept it overnight and brought it back to me the next day. The service manager called and spoke to my husband. He was supposed to call me soon thereafter to discuss, but never did. My car was returned with no explanation, nothing. Not happy. More
