Poor mechanical service I have taken my Range Rover Sport with low mileage here x3. Each time test driven with a representative and heard them listen and acknowledge a clear I have taken my Range Rover Sport with low mileage here x3. Each time test driven with a representative and heard them listen and acknowledge a clear clonk noise from the car that presents upon coasting / slowing down to a stop. Each time I was told mechanics have fixed it and a different story on how they did it. Each time upon pick up they clearly did not fix it. This last time my car sat for a whole week on their lot without even being looked at. No updates from customer service during this time either. You would expect more from such a "luxury" brand and service. Will not be returning here. More
