Great personnel for service - but no car wash? The Jaguar staff are always great - but I can't believe there was no setup for a car wash and quick detail after the service, due to construction? Why does a returning customer get hit with less service (no car wash or detail) due to the business' decision to make the dealership look better (remodel)? My past experience with higher end cars - dealerships want my car to look good leaving the lot. I am a walking ad. So a little disappointed in that management decision to not provide the usual higher quality service. I am sure there is a way to get your service cars washed and vacuumed even with the construction. More

I was there for a simple repair and I left the dealership thinking in the future I will make the trip to Bellevue instead. More
