Great service I had some issues with my new Jaguar XJL. I had to bring the car in a few times to resolve an ongoing issue. Karen Cavanaugh and Rick Andersen were e I had some issues with my new Jaguar XJL. I had to bring the car in a few times to resolve an ongoing issue. Karen Cavanaugh and Rick Andersen were extremely helpful and apologetic about the situation. Karen and Rick always kept me updated and informed of the progress of the vehicle. I was very upset about the circumstances and Karen made the experience much easier. She and Rick are great assets to the Crown Jaguar family. Thank you Karen and Rick for all that you do More

We test drove it and discussed numbers. Jeff Joiner and manager Darrien were great to work with. They listened to my concerns and worked with me. We researched which features we wanted and checked the Crown Jaguar site We original test drove the FPace several months before the actual purchase. We researched which features we wanted and checked the Crown Jaguar site occasionally, but didn't find the exact color and features we wanted. Deanna Stross contacted us one Saturday and within hours had located the exact vehicle we wanted. She immediately had figures emailed to us on both the FPace and our trade in. I liked the upfront transparency of Crown Jaguar's willingness to email you the details without sitting for hours in their office. Deanna even worked with us to get more for our trade in. We picked up the vehicle at a time where Deanna couldn't be there so Megan Devin, who is just wonderful, jumped in to help us finalize all the paperwork. Joseph Sobczak was great at getting all of the paperwork completed quickly. Overall a great experience!! . More
