What can I say. I was in for a standard service for my wife's F-Pace and I had asked Talas if he could help me out with an issue for my Range Rover Sport. I like to high praise him, he is one of the sales managers. Talas was extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. I was frustrated trying to schedule an end of lease pre-inspection for my car and could not find a person to help me. Talas was quite relaxed and put me at ease. He asked me to come anytime on Friday and that he will take care of everything. Not only did he inspected my car but told me I had equity and offer to take my car back with money in my pocket and ending my lease a bit earlier putting more extra money in my pocket. Thank you Talas for your patience and honesty. You found a way to make this work in my favor. You are VERY much appreciated. More
