Very poor customer service. I bought my 2018 Jaguar F-Pace from them and had a problem with it within a few months the check mine light came on called service they told me not to worry about it and sch F-Pace from them and had a problem with it within a few months the check mine light came on called service they told me not to worry about it and scheduled an appointment a month out. Took it to Orlando Jaguar and they told me my vehicle had a fuel system issue and told me it was unsafe to drive. Never returned to Crown for any other service. Now October 2021 sold my Jaguar and have been trying to get the extended warranties canceled I had bought. Called October 14 left message, no call back so called again October 18 lady put me on hold came back to the line said the sales manager told her to get my info and send it to the finance manager for an immediate response, never heard from anyone rest of the day. Drove to dealer 60 miles one way talked to Mr Coleman, he advised could not find my order in their system anymore and needed the vin. I told him I could get the vin from my insurance online but he then told me he needed the odometer disclosure with the vin and mileage. He told me to email it to him which I did. Never heard back from him or even a response that he received my email. Sent email asking Mr Coleman if he received my email but no response. Called again today October 26 left voicemail for general manager got a call from a service manager an hour later. She said she could not help me and told me she would let the general manager know and also Morgan the financial manager. Several hours later still no calls from anyone. Very poor customer service after the sale would not recommend them to anyone. More
