Fantastic Experience from Outof State I had a fantastic experience leasing my first Jaguar F Type R and Ryan Bangston was with me the whole way. He made it so easy to purchase this hard to I had a fantastic experience leasing my first Jaguar F Type R and Ryan Bangston was with me the whole way. He made it so easy to purchase this hard to find "British Racing Green" gem and explained and displayed the car so well that we did not have to fly in to Florida from the Boston Metro area to test drive it. His thoughtfulness of sending all of the options, the pictures, and taking the time to explain the car in its entirety made us feel comfortable to purchase without even seeing the car in person. He setup the delivery service for us, moved it in to the show room for protection, and sent us pictures up until it was loaded for transport. In the 3 visits that I shared with Talon at Landrover’s Service Department he consistently has displayed a an in-depth knowledge of both the customer experience and technology of my vehicle. Our most recent efforts together have been in regarding vendor updates (AT&T Car Connect) and its connectivity to my 2020 Range Rover. Talon is extremely at ease in working with all technical issues and researches all pertinent facts before I arrive and is able to translate his vast technical knowledge into easy to understand consumer terms. He is thorough in his delving into the issue and when not able to replicate, takes additional steps to ensure that all checks and balances have been explored before leaving to ensure my Range Rover is always operating AAA+ He is a visionary, he is quite approachable as exhibited in his open style of communication and accessibility to people at all levels. He always remembers your past experiences and is thoroughly a delight to engage with, making one always feel welcome and at peace in the knowledge that you are in the best of hands. Thank you Talon!
