Our sales person was Tanner Kaufman and he did an excellent job for us including setting up delivery for us to one of our homes in another state. This was our first visit to this dealership, as we usually buy and service our Jaguars/Land Rovers at Wilde Jaguar in Sarasota. We bought our car at the this dealership. My initial experience with the service department was really poor. I was hesitant to try again but since it is close to where we live I thought I’d try again. T experience with the service department was really poor. I was hesitant to try again but since it is close to where we live I thought I’d try again. This current experience has been exactly what I would expect from a luxury car dealership. Talon has been professional and responsive and ensures everything was right. Laine has been great picking up and dropping off the car. The loaner was exactly what we expected. I am very happy. We are considering buying a new rover and initially I was going to go to Landrover Clearwater. Now with this experience I am keeping Landrover St. Pete as my preferred dealer. Rough start but excellent finish I purchased a used Range Rover from Jaguar Land Rover St. Petersburg. My overall experience was pleasant except for a misunderstanding in the process I purchased a used Range Rover from Jaguar Land Rover St. Petersburg. My overall experience was pleasant except for a misunderstanding in the process of completing the purchase contract, that I accept partial blame, but was no excuse for how the used car manager handled the situation. The rest of the team made up for this undesirable experience. I did complain about the AC not working right before I bought it and they did not address it. I will being it back in and hope they will do the right thing and fix it. More
