Applause for Gerardo, Miro, and Crown Jaguar I felt it was necessary to write a second review of Crown Jaguar (my first time at this dealership; but not my first new Jaguar) and in particular Ger I felt it was necessary to write a second review of Crown Jaguar (my first time at this dealership; but not my first new Jaguar) and in particular Gerardo, Encore Delivery Specialist. First I would definitely change his work title to Customer Experience Expert. Here is why I would do this: Gerardo came out to my house in south Florida on Sunday his day off (as did Miroslav, my salesperson who delivered my car a week ago). Both these members of the Crown Jaguar Staff are exemplary. They care about the customer as well as their Brand-Crown Jaguar. Gerardo came to my house this Sunday and spent hours taking me through the workings and options of my F Type. He has a wonderful attitude (as does Miroslav). Gerardo took me on a road test; spent time fixing a few problems that I encountered; and taught me ways to use the options that were not explained well in the brochure. Gerardo took the time to make me feel comfortable in my F Type and how to drive it better so that I truly can enjoy all that the F Type has to offer. Based on my experiences with several of the employees of this dealership, I will highly recommend Crown Jaguar to my friends and those I know want to purchase a Jaguar and/or Range Rover. The hands on treatment and caring is close to being over the top....keep it coming! More

He made the experience as seemless and enjoyable as it gets! My 2017 F-Pace lease was coming up so and began my search for a new one with Jaguar of Tampa, which is only a few miles from my house. Unfortunately (for them), the sales person I was paired with became unpleasant, unresponsive and not upfront with me about the "new" F-Pace I was interested in. While I was waiting to hear back from the salesman, I decided go online and check out Crown Jaguar of St. Pete. Within a couple minutes I found the exact F-Pace I was looking for! I sent a "test drive" request and within another couple of minutes, I had an email from Miro and within the next hour or so we had a deal! He had the car and paperwork ready and waiting for me the next morning! It doesn't get better then that! Meanwhile, I still haven't heard back from Jaguar of Tampa!
