I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent experience with your dealership’s financing department. First, I would like to acknowledge that my sales representative, Matt, was excellent recent experience with your dealership’s financing department. First, I would like to acknowledge that my sales representative, Matt, was excellent to work with—professional, transparent, and helpful throughout the process. However, my experience with the financing team was deeply disappointing. I came to the dealership with a pre-approved loan from my own bank, which should have made the transaction straightforward. Instead, without my clear consent or approval, a new loan application was created and processed. My original Bank of America approval was not utilized as intended. This situation raises serious concerns about transparency and customer consent. It appears that the financing process may have been handled in a way that prioritized internal incentives over the customer’s best interest. I strongly advise future customers to be extremely cautious when bringing their own financing. Ensure that your approved loan is the one being used and carefully review all documents before signing. In my case, the handling of the financing—specifically by the finance officer—was not aligned with professional or ethical standards. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements in your financing practices to ensure a more transparent and customer-focused experience. More
