BUYER BEWARE-CHECK THAT THE WHEELS MATCH THE CAR Tires and rims being sold on special models do not match size and rims on actual cars' legal sticker on window. Cars are lost and mysteriously found when you take the long ride out there. Showroom models also have wrong size model tires. Salesman nice enough. Manager ridiculously explains and you just have to leave . Luxury dealerships do not pull stunts like that. I was minutes away from purchase when I noticed the switch and was told they do not have the rims listed for that NEW car anywhere and there was more than one left which also had wrong rims on it. Please be aware- I only lost valuable time but I would hate for someone else to buy car and notice missing, listed features/extras too late. More

Heritage finally meets expectations I've had my Jaguar for just over a year and I've had challenges with quality of service and what appears to be minor issues with the car. I've been very vocal in voicing my concerns in the past and this is my first service appointment in which I can say my expectations were met on every level! The same way that I point out challenges/concerns with service in the past, I want to equally acknowledge and so appreciation for great service...I was greeted when I entered the doors, my information was quickly processed when I arrive, loaner car was available (ready and clean!), I received a call same day that my car was ready for pick up, when I arrived to pick up my car, it was ready and it was explained what was done. Most importantly, my car was properly cleaned , inside and out, when I picked it up! This appointment aligns with my expectations when dealing with Jaguar...No issues this appointment and I hope that remains the case going forward. Thanks to Craig and the team that checked the car in, conducted service, and delivered the (CLEAN) vehicle back to me! More
