I purchased a Used 2009 XF from Lou on (11/16/12). Delivery of my car was delayed, so Lou bought me two rap cd's (of all things). Upon signing my contract the dealership attempted to include in my contract a $12.50 fee for tire disposal because as a certified car they had to replace my tires. Naturally I refused to pay for it. (I should have walked away then) Lou printed me a copy of all of the features on the car which included a heated steering wheel. Needless to say the car did not have this feature. I called Lou (11/20/12) and informed him of this and he initially denied telling me that the car had this feature. After I told him that I had proof of this in writing he then admitted to the mistake. I asked him how I could be compensated for this option not being available and he said Steve(MGR) was out of the office all day and he was awaiting a response. The next day Lou sends me a text message (11/21/12) saying that Steve is going to speak with the owner but he's already taken off for the holiday... and I should give him until Monday. Of course I did not receive a response the entire week. Finally 11/30/12 I called the dealership to find out what is going on. Lou asks me what did I want him to do and I told him that I wanted him to make the situation right. Lou then began to tell me that I have not been cooperative the entire time and he had enough of me.... He was extremely rude on the phone with me and stated there was nothing more he could do. I asked to speak with Steve and he said Steve was too busy to talk to me today because it was the end of the month and I would have to call back on Monday. Lou has little to know product knowledge and his lack of it combined with terrible customer service made my buying experience an absoulute nightmare!!! Stay away from this dealership!
