Amazing customer service from Randy I'm typically one who does not like to sit in a dealership EVER.. they give me anxiety.. but my salesman Randy Scott was nothing short of amazing.. He made sure I was very well taken care.. He made me feel as if I was much more the just a sale.. He actually cared.. whenever I got scared, he didn't push me.. he let me work at my own speed.. although I didn't have a lot of time to due to my job.. he worked through that.. Amazing! I had been looking at the equinox’s for a while. But, I still had a year on my car before it paid off. I had shopped at a couple other dealers and wasn’t very satisfied. I came to Jake Sweeney a couple weeks ago and met Jacob. Mind you, it was already after they had closed, so I wasn’t expecting anyone to talk with me. My boyfriend and I had looked around when Jacob came and asked if we had any questions. We talked almost an hour. I immediately felt comfortable. Jacob and I remained in contact about the equinox, but I was having second thoughts. Fast forward to this past Sunday. My boyfriend and I drove to the lot, not expecting it to be open. But, we met with Jacob and started talking numbers and everything. Fast forward to Tuesday, paperwork was signed and I finally had my equinox. I can’t thank Jacob enough for the wonderful experience I had. I didn’t feel pressured at all, it was able to work with me on everything I wanted and made sure I was taken care of. Jacob at Jake Sweeney is awesome.
