Do not shop here! I have never been more disappointed in a dealership. Sales rep wrote up the deal on the wrong vehicle and I had to pay more than what I was told when I have never been more disappointed in a dealership. Sales rep wrote up the deal on the wrong vehicle and I had to pay more than what I was told when I got to the dealership. They also gave me a number on my trade in. When I showed them that the numbers didn't match, I was told the trade value was $1500 dollars less than what I was promised. Things got worse when I completed the manufacturer's survey about the dealership. I gave what I thought were my honest opinions about my experience. When they saw the negative review, they reached out to me about the experience. I thought maybe they actually cared about making a customer happy. After having a conversation with the sales manager, he asked what would make the situation better. We agreed on what I thought was a fair resolution. I was told that I would hear something back the next day that he had to check with his ownership to make sure it was okay. I agreed. I waited four days before I reached back out. When I heard back, I was told that the resolution was not acceptable, and he offered another resolution pending me re-taking my original survey. He claimed that their dealership did nothing wrong and that they didn't make any money on the truck when they sold it to me. If they didn't do anything wrong, then why are they offering me anything??? Why do I need to re-take the survey? That is what they care about. They don't want to get dinged on their survey. Apparently, that costs them money. It's not about the customer. It's about their numbers. There were multiple issues with this deal, and I should have walked away. My fault for shopping here. I scoured many websites looking for a vehicle to purchase. Finally it came down to two vehicles. I knew I wanted another Toyota Sienna LE because it had been a great vehicle for me. My first Toyota Sienna LE choice was located at Jake Sweeney in Cincinnati, OH. February 3, I called and talked to Andy (Andrew) who said the vehicle was still available. Andy sent me additional photos of the Toyota that I requested and I informed him I wanted to purchase it and pay cash. February 4 all necessary documents were emailed to me to sign through Docusign and the wire transfer of funds was completed the same day. The Toyota was delivered to me in Michigan February 7. The delivery fee was very reasonable. I am very pleased with my purchase. Andy provided excellent service in an expeditious manner. My whole experience with Jake Sweeney and Andy was fantastic and seamless. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Andy and Jake Sweeney. Thank you Andy! More
