He was very patient and helpful with any questions that I had. We took a test drive of a few Cherokees. I was amazed at how advanced they are. There is so much to learn about a vehicle these days but david was very thorough in explaining to me what where and how things worked inside the jeep. John and James also worked very hard getting me a deal that I wanted, as well as finding a vehicle for me.I did however end up buying one they had and so far iam very happy with it...upon delivery david spent about an hour with me showing me every little bell and whistle on the jeep grand Cherokee overland...it's a great vehicle. Signing the paperwork was a breeze I might add...usually you spend hours doing that at certain dealerships. Fingerlakes Chrysler had all my paperwork prepared for me and I wasn't signing a million pieces of paper. I would and will definitely buy my next grand Cherokee or Viper (just kidding!) from fingerlakes Chrysler dodge jeep, it was an awesome experience and I felt good while I was there and left with a great feeling after I pulled out of the parking lot. Went looking for my son's first new car purchase. Ted was extremely helpful taking the time to show him all of the vechiles he thought looked good.
