I dealt with a lazy, dud of a salesperson. Her name was Rossie Sewell. It took her 5 hours to get to me and then lowballed me on my trade. Gave me an appraisal $4000 lower than any one else, $ Her name was Rossie Sewell. It took her 5 hours to get to me and then lowballed me on my trade. Gave me an appraisal $4000 lower than any one else, $6000 less than even Carvana. When I told her that she did not even have the common courtesy to respond at all. I guess I know why they have had their truck for almost 8 months. My advise…DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND GAS DRIVING OUT THERE, they will just try to rip you off. Plenty of other honest dealerships in the metroplex. I did hear from a manager named Chase Whaley. He acted like he was very concerned, about me being upset. What he was concerned about was the reviews I put up. Still low balled me, but at least he was nice about it. I stand by my review…..DON’T WASTE THE TIME OR GAS, you will just be disappointed. More
