Scheduled first appointment of the morning for standard oil change and tire rotation. My wife took a half day off of work and waiting 2.5 hours with no update. When she inquired she was told they hadn't oil change and tire rotation. My wife took a half day off of work and waiting 2.5 hours with no update. When she inquired she was told they hadn't even started. This was very disappointing. However, they did attempt to make it right by providing her a ride home, delivering the car when it was done, and providing a free oil change for the next visit. Good service recovery but could have been avoided from the start. More

I had a great experience with Tom Clark Auto Park and the sales consultant Daniel Cucovatz. I contacted the dealer online, and a customer representative contacted me within minutes, followed by the sales co sales consultant Daniel Cucovatz. I contacted the dealer online, and a customer representative contacted me within minutes, followed by the sales consultant a short time later. I negotiated with Daniel over text and once we came to an agreement on price there was absolutely no pressure to purchase any add ins. Very professional and courteous with how they treat the customer. OTD pricing included only standard required government fees (tax/title/license) and the dealer documentation fee was nothing out of the ordinary. Upon arrival they allowed me to take the vehicle for a test drive and a pre purchase inspection with at my preferred repair shop. Closing was a breeze and my time spent at the dealership was easily less than an hour. Everything you could hope for in a used car purchase. More
