Jared Laska is an AMAZING service advisor and the only reason I've stayed a customer for almost 3 years now. However, I have finally had enough. My car only has ~65k miles on it and every repair I have ha reason I've stayed a customer for almost 3 years now. However, I have finally had enough. My car only has ~65k miles on it and every repair I have had done at James Wood has needed to be re-fixed again by them. The mechanics cannot seem to get it right and when they do, I still get charged absurd labor prices to fix their own mistakes. After 3 years of putting up with this I've had enough and am in the process of selling my Buick, so I can get something actually reliable and repairable by a dealership with mechanics that are competent.
