We have purchased several vehicles from James Wood and also had service performed. We have no complaints. It is not the luxury service we receive on our Cadillacs at the Cadillac dealers however with upsc also had service performed. We have no complaints. It is not the luxury service we receive on our Cadillacs at the Cadillac dealers however with upscale waiting areas, complimentary drinks and snacks and a very personal touch. More

Excellent customer service by Bryan Staley and Willie! My battery died - Called and talked to Bryan - He sent Willie right away to jump me off. I drove my truck In and Willie brought me home. Truck was My battery died - Called and talked to Bryan - He sent Willie right away to jump me off. I drove my truck In and Willie brought me home. Truck was checked out and new battery installed. Bryan called and told me repair complete and sent Willie to pick me up. Very happy with service!!!! More
