James Wood has always been my preferred dealership since the 1990's. They were and are very straightforward and honest, and without all the shenanigans that most other dealers put you through. I had ordered an AT4 from another dealer, and was giving up on waiting on it to deliver, so I made a call to James Wood, and got a fellow named Rocco within a few seconds. I asked if they had any in stock, up on waiting on it to deliver, so I made a call to James Wood, and got a fellow named Rocco within a few seconds. I asked if they had any in stock, and they did, in which I said I would be there that evening to pick up. The experience was VERY easy and exciting, and it was effortless at that. I was taken back to look at the vehicle, and by the time the paperwork was done (less that 15 minutes) the truck was ready to go. Very inviting group of folks, and I will definitely be back for more.
