I wanted to get into a different Ford F-150 but I was having three problems with all the other area dealerships: 1) They would not offer a good selling price AND a fair value for my trade-in; 2) They co having three problems with all the other area dealerships: 1) They would not offer a good selling price AND a fair value for my trade-in; 2) They could not get me financed without an enormous increase in my monthly payment; 3) No area dealership had a truck in stock with the options and color I wanted. Jannell Ford of Hanover was able to meet my needs by giving me a fair selling price, a decent price for my trade-in, and they were able to locate and arrange delivery of the truck I wanted from an out of state dealer. All of this only took a few emails, one visit to make the deal, one visit to sign paperwork, and one visit to take delivery of the new truck; I went in on a Thursday night and by Monday I was driving home with exactly what I wanted. I dealt with four staff members in total, but I want to particularly praise Bill Pellagrini for being responsive, patient, and attentive to my purchasing requirements. I also thank Eddie Clark for being swift, forthright, and direct when explaining my purchase options. The team at Jannell Ford made a very daunting task of buying a new car, easy and painless. Jack was very patient and friendly allowing us to take our time deciding between several different makes of car buying a new car, easy and painless. I told her that I would swing by and she referred me to Sean. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was able to look the vehicle over before deciding if I would like to speak to someone about it. It was nice not to have a salesman right on top of you. When I went inside I asked for Sean and he referred me to Rich as my salesman to deal with. Rich was extremely informative about the vehicle and a pleasure to deal with. They even allowed me to take the vehicle home for the evening to see if I liked it before making my decision. When it came time to work a deal, Rich and Sean went above and beyond to make the final sale and give me the best possible deal.
