We had a wonderful experience at Jannell Ford and would recommend them to other people. We tried to buy a car first at another dealer and had a horrible experience. We were very skeptical about trying to purchase another car long distance. However Janice took the time to answer all our questions via email and phone before we made the 2 hour drive to purchase the car. It was a process of over a week and she had the patience of a saint. She eased our mind that this experience would be much different than our last one at a different Ford dealership. When we got to Jannell to pick up the car, Janice was right our experience was wonderful. Peter handeled going over the car with us and Kathy assisted us with the paperwork and the extended warranty that we decided to buy. This dealership was fantastic. We are very pleased with the 2012 Ford Explorer that we purchased and the service that we received at Jannell. More
Went in to look at ford f150 fx4. We had been given a vague price for a car coming in to Ford herb chambers. This worried us as if they are like this at potential purchase, then we were worried about dealing with them later. John was very approachable, and quickly helped us get numbers on an equivalent truck that they had in stock. He was not pushy at all, and the figures were very transparant. We felt comfortable with them, and we met Jason Lehner, one of the sales managers. He was again incredibly pleasant to deal with, not pushy, and not arrogant at all. It's a family run business and we were happy to pay for their amazing customer service over a very snobby Herb Chambers who made us feel like we were not good enough for them. Delighted we are buying the car from Jannel, and highly recommend them! More

The financing part of the sale was very easy and painless thanks to Joanne. She explained ever aspect of the loan and warranty. Our overall experience with Jannell Ford was a excellent. All the people I had contact with were very friendly made you at ease. Nick did a great job for being new there very easy to talk to he and Eddie found the car that was for me. I had been emailing with Janice Loud back and forth for afew months, receiving details on all the cars that I was interested in. Each and every time we spoke on the phone or emailed with each other my opin afew months, receiving details on all the cars that I was interested in. Each and every time we spoke on the phone or emailed with each other my opinions and preferences were respected and remembered. When it came time to actually go in and see our final choices for cars, we were nervous. However, upon entering the dealership we were greeted immediately with a warm welcome. Attention was paid not only to myself but also to my fiance since we were purchasing the car together. It meant a great deal to both of us that we were both listened to throughout the whole process. Evan Hagan introduced himself right away and began getting to know us and what we were looking for in our new car purchase. After test-driving and lots of questions being answered, we walked away that night extremely happy that we were not pressured into a purchase. We felt as if it truly was our decision and assured that when we were ready to purchase they would be there to help. The next morning we returned and they were already waiting for us with the car we wanted ready to test drive. Two hours later, after enjoying coffee, great conversation and learning a lot about our new vehicle, we drove off the lot with a great deal and a great car. They were truly working for us the whole time and were genuinely excited for us. It didn't feel like buying a car, it felt a conversation between friends. We would like to send our deepest thanks to the sales team and managers who answered every question thoroughly and honestly while making us feel at home. We found a vehicle and price that worked; Rich walked me through the features and the experience was stress free!
