Came to the Jannell dealership just before the Christmas holiday. Although they didn't have a 2013 Ford Escape in the color and options I wanted, Mr William Roderick located one at another dealer that fit holiday. Although they didn't have a 2013 Ford Escape in the color and options I wanted, Mr William Roderick located one at another dealer that fit the bill. Unfortunately before a transfer could be arranged the car was sold. Undaunted, a new search was initiated and in a few days a second car was found at another dealership. Almost at the speed of light the car was delivered to Jannell Ford, cleaned up, made ready, paperwork done, registration, plates, ownership transferred etc. All this right before and during holiday preparation time by all including me. Hats off to everybody at Jannell Ford, especially to John Kendrick who took care of all the little things and returned all of my phone calls with all of my dumb questions. John spent a good deal of time before I left with the new car explaining and showing me all of the switches, buttons gadgets and do-dads,and helped download phone contacts into Ford Sync even showed my how to use Voice Commands in the new toy.
