This pricing included searching dealer stock for my Great Service / Price / Financing - I contacted Robert via e-mail for pricing on a new vehicle. This pricing included searching dealer stock for my specific needs and then aquiring the vehicle. The search showed just a few cars available this past Presidents weekend. The price provided was excellent, with zero hassle or haggling. Roberts responses to my questions were very prompt. When I finally visited Jannell (the next day), Robert introduced me to John and we worked out a deposit for the car I wanted. The next day John called and told me that the car in question was sold (great rebate available and really no ones fault),however there was another one available and on a truck for local delivery to a different dealer as we spoke. I asked John to lock it in. Later that day I received a call from John confirming they locked the car in. The following day I received a call from John that the car was at their dealership! Here's the kicker,later that same day, I filled out the paperwork for registration and financing and Joanne informs me that my drivers had license expired. She offers to renew it online for me. I accepted and am very grateful that she identified and rectified this before being pulled over! Joanne helped me attain the best financing rate for my needs.The next day I picked up my new car and asked a few questions related to my paperwork, which Eddie made sense of for me.I asked John to follow me home a few blocks to my house in my other vehicle, just so I could get my car home. He did this with no questions asked. I then dropped John off at the dealership and the process was complete. As you can see there were alot of people involved, all very friendly and helpful. Oh and by the way,I must say, I really like my new car. More

If the trust is not there, with whom ever, then there can be no business. With Roger that trust was developed many years ago, which is why the 45 min drive does not hinder me one bit. Roger has always explained everything in detail, and not once have I ever had to question him on any decision. I have recomended your service dept to many of my friends on the Cape, and once I explain why I drive the 45 minutes they understand why I do what I do. The other individual I have been quite pleased with is Jeremy Martin. I have dealt with him over the past year and would highly recomend him also. I had pre-arranged pricing through USAA for a new 2012 F-150. The dealership honored the pricing, so it was a thin margin deal for them. That being said, Bill Pellagrini treated me very well, was not "s F-150. The dealership honored the pricing, so it was a thin margin deal for them. That being said, Bill Pellagrini treated me very well, was not "salesy", and helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted. The overall experience was great, and I intend to use them for all of my service needs going forward until they give me a reason not to. I would definitely recommend them at this point in time. More
