I thought I was going to buy an Escape, but after a test drive, relized it wasn't what I was looking for. Added, my husband's colorful depiction of what he likes combined w/ mine; patiently, Richard showed me what he thought would be a good choice for us. Gladly, I was able to find the perfect vehicle. Then Eddie kindly, suggested payment options that would help us to stay in range of budget. Also we shared a common interest in sailing which was fun to talk about, our adventures at sea and looking forward to the new ones, Eddie! "Red Sky at night, sailor's delight...." And other great common interest were shared. Can't remember her name but, she was fast, accurate, and comfortable to finish the P/S with while our kids enjoyed hot chocolate. Thank you for the many warranty options and working the numbers to what we wanted. Finally, the Ford Exporer "Eddie Bauer Edition" looked fantastic when we were ready to take her home. Richard also, took the time to go over all those wonderful 21st century devices, voice activated/gps/phone/sirius/ipod, etc... and connected my cell. Wow! Impressive Stuff! My visit to Jannell Ford was the best experience I have ever had in buying a new car. My salesman, Eddie Clark, is an immediately likeable guy. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and patient with questions and concerns. Once my decision was made, he made the purchasing process as easy as possible, and spent sufficient time in explaining the features of the car. I drove off the lot with insurance in place, sticker and registration, as well as an appointment for my first oil change. Kathy, the Finance Manager, was helpful and (again) patient in explaining different options. I told her what I wanted for monthly payments, and she got there. There were several options which she made sure I understood and helped me with a decision. Again, she did not try to "sell" me. I love the car and so far Jannell Ford is the right dealer for me. I would recommend the dealership, Eddie, and Kathy to anyone looking for a Ford. More

In my search for a new car, I met many, many car salespeople. However, the only place I felt completely comfortable to come and go as I pleased during my search was with Eddie Clark and at Jannell salespeople. However, the only place I felt completely comfortable to come and go as I pleased during my search was with Eddie Clark and at Jannell Ford. Eddie gave me information, without pressure or gimmicks. I test drove the car (a Ford Flex) multiple times and for one extended time period, and received only education about the car until I was finally ready to sit down and negotiate the price. I had some minor surgery on the day we were meeting to get down to final negotiating, so unfortunately I was tired and in pain from the procedure, and not in a good frame to make decisions. Had Eddie pushed me that day he never would have seen me again, but he had the presence of mind to realize I needed to back off and take another few days to refocus on the purchase. That was the right gesture, because it solidified my decision that this group cared more about me than about pushing a car. I came in the next morning (feeling much better) and bought a 2011 Ford Flex. I felt I received a fair price with minimal haggling. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Eddie and Jannell Ford. More
