Eddie Clark the General Sales Manager & Wilfredo Bermudez our Finance Manager were amazing, patient, honest and so incredibly helpful even when we showed up 5 minutes after they closed. They worked with us on getting the right price we wanted to pay and that our budget could afford and into the car of my wife's dreams without over paying or over buying something we didn't need or want. Between them and Alex Vega our Sales consultant (who was also amazing), we drove off the lot with the amazing car of my wife's dreams, a four year bumper to bumper warranty, an amazing price (below KBB) and we both knew how to use everything in and out of the vehicle and they paired our phones up to the system to boot. We will only buy from Jannell Ford from now on and only from Eddie, Wifredo and Alex. We give the whole car buying experience at Jannell Ford an "11 out of 10" Stars... More

I had a wonderful experience at Jannell Ford! My 2016 explorer needed to be traded in. I wanted to downsize with safety as a top priority for me and my two small children. All wheel drive, the price point I needed, low mileage and an all around great and safe car. Jannell Ford took great care of me, replaced the brakes on the new car and spruced it up to look brand new! Harry met me at the dealership, on his day off, to have the car running and ready to go at my convenience. He made sure I felt comfortable and ready to roll. Need to find other ways of keeping the lights on other than packing on unjustified fees on customers. If you dont have the product to keep operations going then reduce costs or change your franchise part than packing on unjustified fees on customers.
