They started by offering me a fair amount of money for my trade (consistent with Kelley and Edmunds), which I appreciated because other dealerships always seem to low-ball trade-ins. We settled on a fair amount for the new vehicle without too much back and forth and I was out the door with the new truck soon after. I showed up at the dealership with a pre-approved auto loan from my own bank but they were able to shop around and get me a much better rate, saving me $35 per month. I would not hesitate to go back.
