I went to the dealership to test drive a 2012 Ford Edge I had seen online. I was greeted immediately by Vito Umbro who was most helpful. After discussing what I was looking for along with my price range and financing expections, we test drove the vehicle I was interested in., I was introduced to Eddie Clark, the Sales Manager. Mr. Clark reviewed my current car for trade-in value and met with the finance department to determine if the financing was in my range. Mr, Clark then presented the sales deal, which more than met my expectations. The whole purchase was made during my lunch hour and I picked up my new vehicle later in the day. I can't express more how impressed I was with the whole experience. I would more than recommend this dealership, and more importantly, Mr. Umbro and Mr. Clark for their professionalism in working with me. I also plan to have my new vehicle serviced at the dealership when needed. More
Salesman Evan Hagan was excellent. I felt good buying a car off of him. He had zero misleading sales tactics. He knew the car I was buying inside and out. Evan did a great job explaining each of the steps required for the purchase of the new truck and the trade-in of the old truck. I was scared in advance of the experience of buying a car and of dealing with a car salesman (you know their reputation), but Evan was just great. He went way above and beyond to be helpful. He spent so much time with me making sure I was comfortable with my purchase, and knew everything about it. And he did all of this while managing not to be pushy in the slightest. While I was trying to settle upon what car to buy, I emailed him numerous times over the course of a few days, and without fail he got back to me within the hour each time. If you ever shop at Jannell, ask for Evan! You will be glad you did. More

Sales experience was great. Evan was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed working with him very much. Finance on the other had was horrible and I paid cash for the car!!!! I found the finance department (business managers) to be very disorganized. Since I was paying cash for the vehicle, it shouldn't have taken so long in the office, The wrong address was on all the paperwork, she misplaced passwords, couldn't logon to websites, and all the time blamed someone else. I have been in the business world for a number of years and find it very unprofessional to ditch your co-workers to the customer. I couldn't wait to get out of that office. But, Like I said, Sales were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Best to Evan, you are a sweetheart. More
