We stopped at this dealership because of the convenient location and to see what kind of offer we could get with our trade. We were very pleasantly surprised by the courteous and friendly greeting we received. Absolutely no sales pressure given! Forest was very helpful, listened to what we were looking for in options etc. and he assured us that even though they didn't have that vehicle on the lot they would be able to get one for us within a couple days. He was right on! After discussing price we were very happy with our trade In allowance and the final price of the vehicle! I was working on a tight budget and wanted a specific car - a 2013 Ford Focus Sedan S, manual transmission. On Saturday morning, shopping through AAA.com provided me with 3 possible local dealers. Janice contacted me very quickly by phone and email within less than an hour of getting the lead from AAA. The same day they found the last exact car in our region, at another dealership. So they invited me to test drive the 2014 on their lot to get a feel for the vehicle. When I arrived Saturday afternoon, Janice introduced me to Evan. He made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and assured me that they could make this happen for me. I left after giving them a deposit, and they secured the vehicle for my purchase. Sunday I dropped off my trade-in vehicle. Tuesday afternoon they got the vehicle to their dealership and prepared it for me. They handled all the paperwork from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles to the financing. That evening I went to take care of signing the paperwork, was given a personal review of the car features and drove it home. All that in just four days! To summarize, Jannell was the only dealership I contacted whose staff were responsive to my needs. They found the car I wanted and made the sale work within my budget. While visiting my Mother for a few days, we took a "sight seeing only trip" that started (and ended) with viewing used cars at Jannell Ford in Hanover, MA. This trip was supposed to be just to begin the process of looking at used SUVS for a future purchase in 6 months to a year. Tom Deiana at Jannell Ford, was absolutely wonderful and greeted us and treated us like we were his one and only concern and Customer. I was upfront with Tom, that I was only there looking and was looking for a very low monthly car payment for an SUV. I was a current Jannell Ford Customer, trading in a 2007 Ford Taurus that I had purchased from them used. I moved to NH in January, and felt I needed to trade up to an SUV with 4WD for the NH winters. Everyone I came in contact with or spoke to at the dealership, was exceptional at Jannell Ford! Of course, I ended up test driving a 2008 Ford Escape that drove like a dream (and even had my sunroof!) and left there putting down a $500 hold deposit. The next day I took the plunge and purchased the vehicle. Tom ensured it was detailed for me before pickup (and stayed a few minutes late after closing as we finished up the process) and ensured it was Ford Certified. He answered all of my many questions and concerns and was extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Kathy Mulvehill, in the financing department ,was wonderful with explaining additional information concerning an extended warranty and the GAP insurance (both of which I ended up purchasing and financing). I will recommend all my friends and family to go to Jannell Ford (and especially to work with Tom Deiana if they are puchasing a new or used vehicle).
