Let me star off with the salesman. Victor Ballesteros. When I inquired about the 2011 Ford ranger, Victor Ballesteros immediately responded to me. I told him that I was interested in buying the truck. Though I didn't see the truck in person only in the internet, after several minutes of chatting with Victor Ballesteros, he made me so comfortable that I made my decision to purchase the truck, without even seeing it or test driving it. I have purchase many vehicles but never bought one without seeing and test driving the vehicle. I live 50 miles from the dealership and my schedule to drive the 50 miles was a tight one. Manuel was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Had a stack of forms of course to complete the deal but we all managed a few laughs here and there.
