As always very happy with Service and Loaner. John handled the appt, Alvin? was service technician and Dave may have gone thru a portion of service print-out or payment. Also a shout-out to ? Also a shout-out to ?Jim who when I first came to pick up my 20 year old car, which had been left outside in freezing cold temps [it should not have been left outside, knowing that they had called me to let me know it was ready to pick-up] ? Jim was SO APPOLOGETIC when he went to open car door for me, the handle fell off. I took the loaner home while they searched for new handle, which they found either end of that or early next. It’s a learning experience for him with a 20 year old car. Always appreciate the tech’s video. More
