DO NOT TRUST WITH AN OUT OF STATE PURCHASE I had an awful experience buying a used car from Sean & Dalton. Long story short, I bought a vehicle from them out of state, and they lied about its condition awful experience buying a used car from Sean & Dalton. Long story short, I bought a vehicle from them out of state, and they lied about its condition in order to get me to buy it. They sent a video walk-around of the car, which conveniently didn’t zoom in on an area that had a major scratch. After I reviewed the video, I asked Sean to confirm that there were not any dents, dings, or scratches. He said, and I quote “no scratches - this vehicle is NICE!!!”. I also had him confirm all of that verbally. He told me multiple times that there were zero issues with the car. And then it arrived — only to have a big scratch on the hood that goes through the paint layer (and multiple small dings). My local body shop quoted me almost 1k to fix it. When I called Dalton to complain, he tried to tell me it was my own fault for approving the video with the scratch in it. Thankfully for me, Sean and I had been communicating mainly over text which meant I had proof in writing that he lied — and confirmation from Dalton that they knew about the scratch when they sold it to me. He also tried to tell me that they already took money off for the problem, which would perhaps be okay IF THEY HAD BEEN HONEST THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM. The deal we made was for a car with no issues, which is not the car they sold me. In the end they agreed to send me a $250 “customer good will” check — a literal fraction of what it’s going to cost me to fix it. And of course it took multiple follow up phone calls to actually get it. I can’t say this gave me any good will at all. DO NOT trust these guys to be honest with you if you’re buying a car out of state! I learned my lesson for next time. More

Mike worked with Naldo and we really appreciated both of them and their involvement. I will say we are not happy to have to wait over a week to have a most likely faulty back safety sensor to be LOOKED A them and their involvement. I will say we are not happy to have to wait over a week to have a most likely faulty back safety sensor to be LOOKED AT on a car that was TWO DAYS OLD! The answer from someone in service was "sometimes it is the weather!" Please! That's not a valid answer and an insult to our intelligence and experience. We have had two previous enclaves and the safety sensors all worked for five years throughout all weather situations. The wait and snack area is really underwhelming compared to Aurora Ram and Tim Lally. At least refill the snacks while people are waiting for their repairs. I think the Floor Mgr. is Dalton? and he was very helpful and nice. More
