Quick and easy Went in for 10,000 mi service included by Toyota. Made the appointment on line, picked an available time and then got an email confirmation. Went to the dealer service department at appointment time and got right in. Service was completed in under an hour while I waited in the lounge area and enjoyed a panini sandwich. When the service was completed the service writer went over all of the check points and asked if there were any questions. I left in a freshly washed vehicle. Overall great experience. More
