A bit disappointed. One of the items that I really wanted to be fixed was not double checked. The lock on my driver's side door doesn't work. They replaced the key batt One of the items that I really wanted to be fixed was not double checked. The lock on my driver's side door doesn't work. They replaced the key battery but it still doesn't work. I have to lock/unlock it manually which is frustrating. It is a big effort for us to get my car to Jay Wolfe for service. We live out a ways & it's a struggle to get it there not to mention the time I have to miss from work. More

First and only stop! I made a last minute decision to go car shopping after yet another terrible experience at the dealership where I bought my current car. I intended to start at Jay Wolfe since I had had a great service experience there a few years ago, then I would check out vehicles at a few other dealerships. I arrived at Jay Wolfe around 4pm and purchased a car before I left at 6pm. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. More

Poor time management I took my car first thing in the morning. To me that means that my car should be one of the first cars they look at (it's called taking turns).
