Could not be happier with the experience dealing with Jessica Velasco on a used "New to Us" 2013 Honda Accord. We drove 250 miles from Oklahoma to get this car. It has 117,000 miles on it but is like new Jessica Velasco on a used "New to Us" 2013 Honda Accord. We drove 250 miles from Oklahoma to get this car. Jessica was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and personable both during the email negotiations and the in person service when we arrived to pick up the car. I found this car on their website. Looking outside my local market because I could not find one the year and color I wanted. The only thing I think could be improved on was the wait to get all the paperwork finalized with the Finance Lady (Rena). I realize they were busy. (Maybe they could have more people helping with her job when they are busy). With so many sales people doing deals, that was a bottleneck. Thanks, Bob Story Tulsa, OK More

My service rep was awesome. Mechanic did work not authorized but I wasn’t charged. Came in because traction control wasn’t working and had service lights. Also had an alignment done and oil changed. authorized but I wasn’t charged. Came in because traction control wasn’t working and had service lights. Drove 160 miles to use this service department and I bought a 2019 Camry while I was there. Now I have to come back to try to get repaired again. I’m not close to any Toyota dealerships but I think I’ll go to a closer one this time to try to resolve issue. I can’t tell you how please I was with the gentleman that handled my service. True professional. I understand that sometimes things can be hard to repair and I’m not mad just can’t see driving 160 miles back when there’s one 70 miles away. More
