Service Experience I was in for an oil change, but to my surprise a new water pump was needed. Randy was very informative, in fact he showed me where the pump was leaki I was in for an oil change, but to my surprise a new water pump was needed. Randy was very informative, in fact he showed me where the pump was leaking. Thank goodness it was taken care of when I was there. Just don't know what I would do if the car broke down on the highway, or on the country roads. A big thank you to Randy for being so helpful. More
Oil change I have been to this dealership multiple times to get my oil changed and have felt like I was a little taken advantage of. I don't know cars and I don't know what's important and what isn't to take care of right away. This was the first time where I felt like randy was very honest on his opinion of what was important and what could wait. I did not feel like he was just trying to see how much he could sell me and I GReATLY appreciated that. Also this was the quickest visit I had as well which was great because sometimes it can take quite a while for them to service my car. I have not been very satisfied in the past but I will probably request to work with randy in the future because I trust his opinion. More

Gabriel was excellent Brought my Rav4 in due to the recall notice I received from Toyota regarding the growling noise. 60K oil change Work was completed in 70 minutes. Work was done as I had requested and service tech actually modified to better fit my needs (replaced filters and Work was completed in 70 minutes. Work was done as I had requested and service tech actually modified to better fit my needs (replaced filters and had battery terminals cleaned). I did NOT need my tires rotated. I appreciate his ability to accommodate what was needed for my particular vehicle at this juncture. Thank you! More

Moving up after 440,000 miles With 440,000 miles on my 2003 Camry that I bought new at Jay Wolfe Toyota and still going strong, I finally realized that I was never going to wear it With 440,000 miles on my 2003 Camry that I bought new at Jay Wolfe Toyota and still going strong, I finally realized that I was never going to wear it out. But I really wanted a new car, so I moved up in class with a new Avalon hybrid. So it's good for the environment and a great environment for me in the driver's seat. I love it. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I get anywhere near that longevity out of my Avalon, I'll be happy. Then I'll go back to Jay Wolfe again. Incidentally, I kept my Camry because I couldn't bear to part with it and think it still has a lot of good miles left in it. More

I made an appointment because of noises with the fan and car not quickly starting. I thought it might be the battery. When I went to my appointment, the fan was not making noises anymore. They checked my battery on the Multi-Point Checkup and it checked out fine, Since it was time for Cooling System Fluid Exchange, I went ahead and had that done. That means the vehicle is up-to-date with all maintenance and I have the assurance and security of knowing it's in good shape for this cold weather. More
