Tony was very nice and competent in fixing the error in original registration (which should not have been). My daughter and I both purchased cars at the same time. Evidently instead of this being a cue for the salesman and it making him happy, he had a problem with paperwork. Especially because it took HOURS the day of the sale. When I called to schedule the first service visit there was no record of my phone number or info. When I went in yesterday, after some confusion Tony realized what had happened and that my car was in my daughter's name also. The day before I had tried to call Mark Lindsey and was told he would return my phone call, which he did not. The all weather mats that were supposed to be mailed to my daughter after the sale were finally sent only after the third request and two visits to dealership as reminder. One other issue I have as of yesterday is the plastic side wall in rear of vehicle. I have made two trips with the car and only loaded small size suitcases in and out. Yet Tony noticed the scuff marks which I thought would just wipe off but he seems to think not...is the material really THAT easily scuffed in an area that is obviously meant to haul items? Would seem like that would be an area that would naturally need to be somewhat sturdier. More

NEW CAR PURCHASE went to Jay Wolfe to try out the new Prius, and trade in my used car, was doubtful I would get what I wanted for trade in , but the salesman came thro went to Jay Wolfe to try out the new Prius, and trade in my used car, was doubtful I would get what I wanted for trade in , but the salesman came through and we settled on a price for a new car and lower payments that I wanted. The sales personnel and finance officer was of great help in getting me what I wanted without going to a different dealership. thank you Jay Wolfe Toyota for my new Prius. More

Last minute oil change I called at 3pm and asked if they could get me in for an oil change in 30 minutes. They said, "Sure bring it in!" Got there around 3:30pm, they took I called at 3pm and asked if they could get me in for an oil change in 30 minutes. They said, "Sure bring it in!" Got there around 3:30pm, they took it right back, and had it done by about 4pm. Washed, too. Only complaint would be that they changed my radio station and turned up the volume. I don't mind that they wanted to hear the game, but remember to change it back and turn it down. Oh yeah, and wipe down the steering wheel so I don't feel the grime from your hands. Otherwise, great service and I really enjoyed watching the Royals comeback during the ALDS Game 4 with all the customers and staff while we waited. More

I have complained to the service manager on more than one occasion due to items not being repaired correctly or something else wrong with my vehicle when I received it back. On my last visit I spent $800.00 on regular maintenance (fluid changes) on my 2010 RAV4. I was supposed to have new tires put on, but they ordered the wrong siize tire. I was at the dealership for about 7 hours to have this work performed. After getting vehicle back I noticed other issues that had developed. There have been occasions where I have had similar issues prior to this. Beware... More
