When calling to set up a service appointment it was a three step process being put on hold multiple times. I went in to have an air pressure sensor replaced on my car. I was very satisfied with every aspect of my visit. The service I received was fine. The issue I had was that I asked how long it would take as it seemed there were a lot of people and I had my 2-year-old son with me. I was told no more than an hour.
