Way too much time wasted! Negotiated deal on a new Rav4 Hybrid on Thursday 6/4. Arranged an appointment to take delivery on Saturday 6/6 at 11:00. We finally got out of the dealership at around 3:00. We were prepared for our appointment with all necessary documents requested. We were paying cash, so that should have made things a little simpler.....so you would think. I’m not totally sure what went wrong, but I am sure that my time is important, especially given that we had an appointment. In my many years as a business owner, I have always respected appointments with both vendors and customers. I feel that our salesperson, Michael is a good person and was also somewhat of a victim of WHATEVER went wrong. But that should not be my concern.
