My husband called the dealership & talked to Quentin who was willing to meet us on Friday evening. Even though they close at 6pm, he was kind enough to stay and help us until 7pm! We came back Saturday and purchased our 2018 Toyota Highlander. From the beginning, Quentin asked what we wanted to see and didn't try to push anything on us but only to meet our expectations. Well he "exceeded" our expectations!! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, gave us a fair offer for the trade-in. It was the most relaxed and enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had!
