I've purchased two pre-owned cars from them and the service has always been excellent. Recently, after a car wash on my Highlander, I noticed a small area where the paint was peeling off my car. Very unusual. I called Toyota Corp and they told me to start at my dealership. I took my car to Jay Wolfe Toyota and explained the situation to David Rank. David is possibly the most professional and kindest service person I've ever worked with. Within 15 minutes, David told me he spoke with the pre-owned car manager and Jay Wolfe would fix the paint on my car for free and give me a free loaner car while the car was being painted. They told me the paint should not be peeling and it was very unusual to see what was happening on my car and they were going to make it right. Jay Wolfe, you've made a life-time customer. Thank you!
