Sad employees Different experience, this time. I had to come back after my 5000 miles service due to a noise in one of my tires. ( It turned out to just be a hub Different experience, this time. I had to come back after my 5000 miles service due to a noise in one of my tires. ( It turned out to just be a hub cap that wasn't put on properly when they did the tire rotation). I explained the sounds to the service person and he didn't seem connected. No smile, no personal attention. (interpersonal skills). He told me to go in the waiting area and he would come and get me when they were finished. After they were finished, I started to talk to the rep next to him and then my service rep seemed to lighten up and become more friendly. Maybe an off day? More

Brandon Pocost Brandon is very friendly and understood what I was saying was wrong with my car. He made sure it was fixed correctly and returned in a timely manor.
