Thanks Kirk. I don’t think there’s much you can do about it now as the damage has already been done. As a working mother with a toddler at home and another on the way my time is, indeed, quite valuable. The service I was seeking (as stated above) was mud flap installation and it is obscene that such a simple service would entail my having to leave my car there overnight. Especially since I was given an “appointment”. Re-classifying an appointment as a “drop-off time” is a new one. Good luck with that. And, as I read through others’ reviews, I’m not alone in my frustration. Kind words in response to a negative review are, unfortunately, not an excuse for poor service. I have been robbed of my time and am left feeling angered and discouraged by the experience. I have posted my review as a warning to others, as I suspect my words will be falling on deaf ears. This was exemplified by the smug and insincere “apology” I received yesterday from your colleague who purported himself to be the service manager - “Dave” I believe was his name.

Kirk, thanks for reaching out. I still don't understand why its taking so long to do the repair when I was told it be done in a week. Its been over 10 days and still counting. If you know what the issue is at the time of the write up, all parts should have been ordered right away. Do not wait until 10 days later to try to get the part in from another dealership. Poor planning, communication and transparency is NOT good bisiness practice.
