Painless Sales rep(Austin) did a great job providing all the information asked and worked with my mothers poor credit to get a new car. The only thing that bothered me at was going in as the Co-signer and finding out I was the primary buyer when we sat down the sign the paperwork. I felt I have no choice as my mother needed a car and we drove from St. Paul and spent two hours at the dealership. If has little of no effect on my credit or difference from co-signing its a mute point. However, this could have been handled better or communicated better. Any negative interpretation should not reflect on Austin as he did every asked and more to seal the sale. More
