Purchased 2019 Silverado 3500HD I have been looking for a 3500HD and noticed the great selection of them available at Jeff Belzers. I live 80 miles away so I contacted the dealer thr I have been looking for a 3500HD and noticed the great selection of them available at Jeff Belzers. I live 80 miles away so I contacted the dealer thru the website to inquire about their inventory in stock. I received a call back from Heidi St Martin and she was very helpful. Heidi worked with us and chose a few trucks for our needs. We went to the dealership to look and test drive a truck, less than three hours later we had the deal made, truck was detailed, financing was done, and we were on our way back home in the new truck. Tow gone wrong I had got a flat tire and my car didn't come with a spare. Instead it had came with a tire mobility kit that I had no idea how to use. Since I had free towing to the nearest dealership I decided it would be the easiest. After my tires were put on I was told that they think I need a new transmission. My mouth dropped considering it's only a 4 year old car. I explained how the tow truck had towed my car. Turns out the towing company towed it with the front end on the ground which ruined my transmission. Evan in the service department was absolutely AMAZING. He bent over backwards to make sure I got a new transmission at no cost. Dealing with the tow company and my roadside assistance. He went out of his way to make sure I had a loaner car for the time. Great customer service! Definitely will go back! More

Stop at other dealers first, as we were leaving 1 dealer, we saw a Chevy dealer right across the street, so we stopped there to check out the model we were interested in. Their price was 2500 more than what Jeff Belzer had on the internet. We decided to drive down and look at the vehicle we saw on internet, not sure if it would be there, or if we would get the ole bait and switch. I was happy to hear car was on lot. Looked it over, was what we were looking for and purchased. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. Sales person told us they put their absolute best price on the internet so you can do your research online before heading out to dealership. I have to say I like this new way of buying a car better than the ole haggle method, visit deal low ball an offer decline their counter, will out. Come back several days later and haggle more on their counter. Definitely a nice new car buying experience. More
