When it came to accessories everything was very smooth and treated very well. At the time of Delivery the vehicle owners manuals and binder they are kept in were missing along with the tailgate removal plug for wiring, it was all in there when took test drive. I was told I would be receiving all of this and I still have not been contacted about it (almost 2 weeks later). It was not until the following day when I decided what I wanted for a tonneau Cover is when things changed. I tried calling accessories person i was dealing with cannot remember name for sure, he was younger and his desk has protection packages flier, the weather tech mats samples, and the 3m protecting film on display. Tried calling a couple times with no call back so I finally decided to go in and spoke with someone else since he was not in. I was speaking with Nate McMahon and received prices and went home to discuss with my wife what one she liked more because I remembered the price incorrectly. I tried calling Nate to setup a day to install it, he was not in and receptionist transferred me to his cell phone and he said he would contact me when he got in and we can put it on list of everything else I was having done to my vehicle and schedule the install. I did not hear back from him for a few days and I was heading out of town and needed a dry place to store personal items and ended up going to Fleet Farm and purchasing a tonneau cover and installing it myself. I also found a factory error the day after purchase. I purchased the sport package truck and the passenger side has all sport badges and on the drivers side it has the Laramie badges. I sent pictures of this to Justin and he told me it would be ordered and corrected when I came in to have bed liner and winterizing package completed. Justin and I both had a little laugh about that since it was missed at the factory and whole time on the lot showing it, during my test drive and when cleaned up for delivery. I am not worried about it I am confident that will be corrected. More

With that info I was able to come into the dealership with specific cars in mind and made my decision very easily, and Eric and Casey helped make the whole purchase process as simple and easy as possible, which was great!
